COVER ILLUSTRATIONS

I worked with The Daily Emerald, the main newspaper at the University of Oregon, for almost two years. In my time there I created a lot of pieces, including some covers illustrations. Above are some examples of these works, with some example titles as well.

ARTICLE ILLUSTRATIONS

A more common assignment was an article illustration, which would go alongside an article in the paper. They’re typically fairly simple, but you’ll notice they vary a good deal in style. This is common in my work, I don’t tie myself down to one style, but rather experiment and play with various methods.
